GatherValue

Know what your farming is actually worth. GatherValue tracks the Auction House value of everything you gather — and of what you disenchant, mill and prospect — using prices it records itself. No other addon required.

Beta: all features are in place and your data is kept from one version to the next. Feedback and bug reports are very welcome (see below).

Features

Session tracking

• Counts what you get from mining, herbalism, skinning and fishing, as well as disenchanting (Enchanting), milling (Inscription) and prospecting (Jewelcrafting).
• Only what comes from the loot of a harvest or a transformation is counted. Mail, bank, purchases, quest rewards and group loot never are, so your numbers stay honest.
• For disenchanting, milling and prospecting, what you consume is counted as a cost: you see the net value, with the cost and the details on hover.
• Session window with items, value, gold per hour, sortable columns and pause. It survives a /reload.
• Session goal with progress and estimated time left, announced by a message and a sound — even with the window closed.

Auction House

• Full AH scan in about 25 seconds, by button or automatically when you open the Auction House. It waits for other Auction House addons to finish and keeps the prices it recorded if the scan is interrupted.
• Price alerts on your favourites: after a scan, a window lists the items you starred in the Auction House that are listed higher than at the previous scan, with the old price, the new one and the rise. Threshold adjustable.
• Price history graph over 7 days, 14 days or 1 month, with minimum, average, maximum and selling advice based on where today's price sits in that range.
• Recorded price and the same selling advice in item tooltips.

Statistics

• Statistics across all your characters: sessions, time, value, average and current gold per hour, records and a per-profession table, over 7 days, 30 days or all time.

Comfort

• Daily reminder when your realm's prices are out of date (chat message, pop-up, or off).
• Customisable windows: five border styles, any colour, or your class colour.
• Customisable sounds for each cue, including any sound id — the game's spoken lines included.
• Minimap button built with LibDBIcon, so button organisers can manage it.
• Lightweight: event-driven, nothing runs while nothing happens.
• English and French.
• Free software under the GPL-3.0 license.

Reporting a problem

Enable diagnostics in the options (or type /gv debug), reproduce the problem, then open /gv log and include its contents in your report, along with your game language.
