• Remove references to GarUI
  GaruCombatText is standalone; drop the leftover coupling to GarUI. Rename GarUICombatFeed* frame identifiers to GaruCombatText* (cosmetic global names — saved positions are keyed by feed, not frame name), fix the stale namespace comment, and remove the 'extracted from GarUI' note from the README.

• Add CurseForge release workflow and standardize README
  BigWigsMods packager workflow (tag-triggered, manual dispatch) plus .pkgmeta, .gitattributes and .gitignore. README rewritten into the standard badged layout (tagline, badges, Features, Usage). Add X-License and a commented X-Curse-Project-ID placeholder to the TOC; fix /gcf -> /gct typo in Notes.
