Helps to manage Pheromones and Pungency on Garalon by providing say/yell messages to the raid so that they can see how many stacks are up on the victim and when to take over.

This should make the passing of the Pheromone debuff much easier and quicker to get sorted for this raid encounter

Addon will;

• Send a /say to let those around you know you have Pheromones
• Send a /say to tell those around you that you have Pungency and the number of stacks
• Send a /yell when you get to 15 stacks asking someone to take it off of you
• Send a /say to tell those around when your debuff is finished
