GameSlayve CombatLab v0.2.0

Initial Experimental Companion Addon Release

GameSlayve CombatLab is now available as an experimental standalone companion addon for GameSlayve Keystone Party.

CombatLab introduces Blizzard-native Mythic+ combat tracking and run performance analytics while remaining separated from the Keystone Party core addon architecture.

IMPORTANT:
CombatLab is NOT a standalone addon.
GameSlayve Keystone Party is required.

NEW: Standalone CombatLab Module

CombatLab has been separated into its own addon/module architecture.

Benefits include:

  • Cleaner addon organization
  • Reduced Keystone Party core complexity
  • Safer experimentation environment
  • Optional advanced combat tracking support
  • Easier future expansion and debugging

Keystone Party continues functioning independently without CombatLab installed.

NEW: Blizzard-Native Combat Tracking

CombatLab now uses Blizzard-native combat meter discovery systems instead of traditional CLEU combat log parsing.

This experimental architecture focuses on:

  • Reduced combat taint risk
  • Lightweight performance tracking
  • Safer UI behavior during combat
  • Cleaner addon separation
  • Lower dependency complexity

No Details code was copied or integrated.

NEW: Automatic Keystone Party Integration

CombatLab automatically integrates with Keystone Party live runs.

When Keystone Party detects an active Mythic+ session:

  • CombatLab automatically starts combat tracking
  • Pulls are tracked automatically
  • Combat summaries are generated automatically
  • Finalized combat stats are patched into Keystone Party history entries

No manual setup is required during normal gameplay.

NEW: Pull Tracking System

CombatLab now tracks:

  • Pull starts
  • Pull ends
  • Pull durations
  • Pull damage totals
  • Pull DPS values

Pull summaries are used to build overall run performance statistics.

NEW: Death Tracking

CombatLab now tracks:

  • Player deaths during runs
  • Death totals attached to history summaries

Death statistics are automatically displayed in Keystone Party run tooltips.

NEW: Damage + DPS Tracking

CombatLab now supports:

  • Total Damage Done
  • Overall Dungeon DPS
  • Pull DPS tracking
  • Combat time calculations

Damage statistics are automatically patched into Keystone Party history entries.

NEW: Healing + HPS Tracking

CombatLab now supports:

  • Healing Done
  • Overall HPS
  • Blizzard-native healing meter extraction

Healing statistics are integrated into Keystone Party history tooltips and run summaries.

NEW: Interrupt Tracking

CombatLab now supports:

  • Interrupt counting
  • Blizzard-native interrupt meter discovery

Interrupt totals are attached directly to Keystone Party history entries.

NEW: Keystone Party History Integration

Completed CombatLab summaries now automatically patch Keystone Party run history entries with advanced combat statistics.

Current tooltip-supported stats include:

  • Deaths
  • Interrupts
  • Damage Done
  • Overall DPS
  • Healing Done
  • Overall HPS

Framework groundwork has also been added for:

  • Dispels
  • Slow Kicks
  • Additional utility metrics

NEW: Combat-Safe Finalization

CombatLab now includes:

  • Delayed out-of-combat finalization
  • PLAYER_REGEN_ENABLED handling
  • Combat-safe summary patching
  • Safer UI interaction timing

These protections reduce combat-lockdown and protected-function issues during active gameplay.

NEW: Experimental Meter Discovery Tools

CombatLab now includes experimental inspection/debug tools used for Blizzard meter discovery and validation.

This groundwork helped confirm working Blizzard meter categories including:

  • Damage
  • Healing
  • Interrupts

Additional categories currently under investigation include:

  • Dispels
  • Damage Taken
  • DTPS
  • Utility scoring

NEW: Companion Addon Detection

Keystone Party now detects whether CombatLab is installed and provides a friendly startup message when advanced combat tracking is unavailable.

This keeps CombatLab optional while making integration clearer for users.

UI + Stability Improvements

  • Improved combat-safe UI handling
  • Improved delayed callback behavior
  • Improved tooltip integration
  • Improved history stat patch timing
  • Improved run finalization safety
  • Improved modular addon architecture
  • Improved debug visibility for testing

Experimental Status

CombatLab should currently be considered:

  • Experimental Alpha/Beta functionality
  • Safe for live testing
  • Intended for guild/friend/community testing
  • Under active development and tuning

Future planned systems include:

  • Dispels
  • Slow Kick detection
  • Damage Taken
  • DTPS
  • Defensive tracking
  • Avoidable damage tracking
  • Utility analysis
  • Expanded historical run analytics
