  EssenceBar.lua: Added "full" texture support for triggers
  Main.lua: Removed the dummy pars from GetTaggedColor, GetPowerColor, GetClassColor, and GetCombatColor
  Bar.Lua: Added a wrapper function for GetPowerColor in TriggerColorFns. This is to work around not having to use dummy pars
  Bar.lua: SetColorTexture changed to not set the alpha channel in SetVertexColor when the texture is being animated

  Bar.lua: Attempted to fix a rounding error with SetAlpha()
  Runebar.lua: Removed the need to have two cooldown frames. Now just uses one
  RuneBar.lua: No longer have to use 1000s of seconds to simulate a paused timer when in test mode. Now using CooldownPauseTimer()
  Bar.lua: Added SetCooldownPauseTexture(), can pause or resume a cooldown timer
  Bar.lua: SetTexture() wasn't detecting if a texture belonged to a statusbar or not
  Bar.lua: Added SetCooldownDrawSwipeTexture(), can hide or show the swipe texture on a cooldown timer
  EssenceBar.lua: Essence bar added for Evoker
  RuneBar.lua, EssenceBar.lua: due to both bars having the same layout. The layout was changed so it's easier to share code between the two. "Runes" is "Textures", "Bars" is "Boxes", and "Bars and Runes" is "Textures and Boxes", and "Rune Location" is "Texture Location"
  ChiBar.lua: Changed Ascencion option to extra chi slider. To be consistant with extra combo point slider in the combo bar
