First build with triggers implemented. Still experimental and only one trigger (IsItemEquipped("itemname"). Removed all categories option (only causes confusion)

Groups containing more than one spell with an ICD specified will now show tracking for the group. Shortest ICD is shown when no spell is active.

Fixed all known bugs, added ICD timer for buffs (need to add for debuffs), added spark texture, prepping groups for trigger support, renamed some button methods to make them a bit more clear (even I was getting confused), added target tracking events,
