Cooldown-style aura icons, reworked chat rail buttons, and fixes for spell
rank upgrades and two game settings.

### New

- fFrame: Cooldown-Style Auras, on by default, gives your own buff and
  debuff icons the rounded shape and frame of the cooldown manager's icons.
  Target, focus, party, raid and private auras are unchanged.

### Changed

- fChat: Button Style offers Same as Skin, Forever and Camelot. Default and
  Forever Micro are gone :( - a rail set to either uses the skin's own buttons.
- fChat: Forever's rail buttons share the chat box's rim and brown fill.
  Camelot's sit on the game's own button frames, softened, with fChat's
  symbols.
- fChat: the copy button shows the same two-page symbol in every style and
  stays lit while the copy window is open.
- fChat: Camelot's edit box and copy window have their own frame.

### Fixed

- fChat: the Friends button stays lit while the social window is open, not
  only the friends list.
- fSuite: Upgrade Spell Ranks no longer errors when the rank below the new
  one isn't on your bars, and the other ranks learned at the same time
  still move up.
- fSuite: Spell Queue Window and Max Camera Distance keep a value you later
  set in the game's own options, instead of fSuite putting its own back at
  the next login.
