FriendGroups Version 13.0.6 Changelog

An opt-in fix for the Raid panel being blocked in combat on Classic.

Added (MoP, BC Anniversary & Era)

• New setting: Independent Contact List (Settings > Advanced > Contact List, off by default). FriendGroups draws the list in its own frame instead of Blizzard's, so opening the Social window in combat no longer stops the Raid panel appearing. Needs a UI reload.
• Turn it on if you move raid members between groups mid-fight — that is what the blocked Raid panel prevented. Turn it back off and reload if anything looks wrong.
• Everything still works with it on: selecting, right-click menus, Send Message, tooltips, favourites, summons and drag-to-reorder.
• EllesmereUI and ElvUI skins are applied to the new list.
• All new text is translated in every language FriendGroups ships in.

Added (All versions)

• Settings backup now includes Arena-Safe Whispers and Streamer Mode. They were the last two toggles it did not carry, so a restore left them off. Older backup strings still work unchanged.

Fixed

• Era reports as up to date for patch 1.15.9 instead of asking you to allow out-of-date addons.
• Guild detection no longer risks an error on clients that have dropped the older guild roster function.

Removed

• Dim Opposing Faction and Show Only BattleTag are gone. Both had lost their settings entry some versions back and had been impossible to switch on since. If one was still enabled from an older version, those names now draw like every other row.

Changed (Retail)

• Friends window tabs are styled more reliably in the EllesmereUI skin.
