Added an item locout feature
- if an item is looted 5 times and is unable to be opened, it gets Account Disabled, until re-enabled by the user in /fao
- added a bunch of new item id's ... some may mor may not be obenable hence the above action.
- you have the option of opening your own caches via the gui, once added to the addon's database, they are cleared from the user db, but settings remain
