fr0z3nUI Auto Open, does just that it Auto Opens things, from caches, to windows.
Primarily its for Auto Opening Caches in WoW, well attempting to, this is a more robust version of the old addon I was managing/resurrected back in Dragonflight Auto Open.
/fao - Opens the interface
- Something missing? Enter the itemID and Add it
- Don't Open It? /fao ao (toggles on/off) or Enter itemID and Exclude it (Char/Acc), return to undo it.
- Don't Know the itemID? Make sure the input box is active, then Shift Click the Item.
- Doesn't Open? Check the tooltip for [FAO] if its not there it's probably not in the Database, yours or mine.
(if it is, a /rl or relog may be in order and sometimes the addon stops or caches seize up)
New Openables, is still a great companion addon for Auto Open, for items that aren't caches (pets, toys, etc). or if this addon just stops responding and you cant reload rn. It displays a clickable button when you have a usable item in your bags.
I'll probably update this here when at least once per patch maybe more. Don't worry, anything you Add/Exclude is saved in your Account/Character sv file (fr0z3nUI_AutoOpen.lua), the only time the addon (should) change anything in there on its own is if the addon updates and theres the same item in both databases.
The most up-to-date version is on my GitHub or OneDrive (i'll sort out the links later). The addon has a few more parts to it, and I'll either update this later or you can probably figure it out for yourself.
A big thanks to the WoW community as a whole, there are some great Addons & were some great WeakAuras (RIP) out there that take a lot of time and patience to create and keep up to date.
