This is not open source software. The source code is readable because World of
Warcraft loads addons as plain Lua text, and because Blizzard's addon policy
requires addon code to be visible, not because the rights to it have been
given away. Being able to read the code grants you nothing beyond what is
written below.
1. WHAT THIS LICENCE COVERS
a) This license covers the files written for ForeverPlus by its author.
Those files are called the Author's Work below.
b) The Addon as distributed may also contain third-party components:
libraries written by other people and included without modification.
They are not the Author's Work, and this license does not apply to
them. Each one keeps the terms its own author placed on it, and where
those terms permit something this license forbids, those terms govern
that component.
c) Third-party components, when there are any, sit in ForeverPlus/Libs/
and are listed with their full notices in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md, which
ships inside the Addon beside this file. If that file lists nothing,
the Addon contains nothing but the Author's Work.
d) Only permissively licensed components are ever bundled: licenses that
allow a component to be included in a work distributed under other
terms, and that ask for nothing beyond keeping their notices intact.
Nothing under the GPL or a comparable copyleft license is included, and
neither is anything whose terms are unclear.
2. WHAT YOU MAY DO
a) Install and use the Addon, free of charge, for as long as you like.
b) Read and study the source code.
c) Change your own copy, for your own private use.
d) Keep backup copies for yourself.
3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
a) Distribute the Author's Work, in whole or in part, by any means. This
includes uploading it anywhere, bundling it with other software or with
a user interface package, and passing copies to other people.
b) Distribute a changed version of the Author's Work, under this name or
any other. The permission in 2 (c) covers your own installation only.
c) Charge for the Addon, place it behind a paywall, require a payment,
subscription or donation for access to it, or use it to carry
advertising.
d) Copy any part of the Author's Work into another addon or into any other
work, with or without attribution.
The Addon is distributed only through the channels named by the author. At
the time of writing that is the CurseForge project page for ForeverPlus.
The author may add, change or withdraw channels at any time.
4. PERMISSION FOR THE DISTRIBUTION PLATFORM
The author grants CurseForge, and any other platform the author uploads the
Addon to, the right to host and distribute it. This permission is given by
the author to that platform; it is not a right that anyone else may rely on.
5. RESERVED RIGHTS
Every right in the Author's Work not expressly granted above is reserved
by the author.
If you would like to do something this license does not permit (translate
it, fork it, reuse a piece of it), please ask. Permission may well be
given, and it costs nothing to enquire.

6. NO WARRANTY
The Addon is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the author shall not be
liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of
contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the
Addon or the use of or other dealings in the Addon.

World of Warcraft and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks or registered
trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. This Addon is neither affiliated
with nor endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.
