Core-only update. Existing voice packs remain compatible and do not need to be downloaded again.

• Removed time-based backlog expiration. Waiting messages no longer disappear after 30 seconds.
• Backlog limiting now uses only the waiting-message count: 12 by default, adjustable from 1 to 20 in Backlog settings. Full queues discard the lowest-priority waiting messages first; the current message finishes normally.
• Added Clear backlog to the addon horn button's right-click menu and Backlog settings, plus /fpv clear. It clears waiting messages while keeping speech enabled and allowing current speech to finish.
• Removed the retired age setting from saved preferences and presets. Custom message counts, priority order and same-priority preferences are preserved.
• Hardened duplicate-delivery detection so reused chat line IDs cannot suppress different senders, text or channels.
• Added skip-reason counters to /fpv status, including queue overflow, manual clears and repeat filtering.

Restart WoW after updating Core. Voice-pack audio is unchanged.
