v1.0.1-forever
What's new
ForeverGuide
1.0.1
- Talent window: the node for your next talent point now gets Blizzard's proc glow (the same highlight as procs on your action bar), so it stands out from the green "learnable" frames
- Only the next point is highlighted; order numbers and extra frames removed
- Target ranks under the nodes stay (green = matches, yellow = open, red = misspent)
1.0.0
- Talent window markers – in Blizzard's talent window every node of your guide build shows the rank the guide wants at your current points: green = matches, yellow = points still open, red = misspent. While you have unspent points, the next node(s) glow and are numbered. Can be turned off in the settings.
- Faster updates when you have many talent points
- Version number now comes from the release tag
1.0.0-beta2
- Talents: points you already spent differently now show "spent elsewhere" instead of "spend now!"
- Prices shown as gold/silver/copper with coin icons (e.g. 6s 20c instead of 0.06g)
- Source lines show short site names; the full source is in the tooltip
1.0.0-beta1
First public beta for the WoW Forever client (Interface 16001).
- Talents – leveling builds for all 27 specs of the 9 classes, point by point (1–51), read against your real talent tree. Legacy perk Talented detected automatically. Leveling / PvE / PvP switch (PvE and PvP follow once max-level guides exist).
- Abilities – every trainer ability and rank 1–60 with cost and buy / optional / skip while leveling; learned ranks are hidden.
- Food – best craftable buff food per food tier, sorted for your spec, with recipe status, cooking skill, reagents, Auctionator prices and recipe sources.
- Campsite – camp objects sorted for your role; objects your own class buff covers are greyed out.
- Professions – leveling routes for all 12 professions, current step from your skill, Auctionator shopping list per section or step (bags/bank subtracted, intermediates broken down).
- Legacy – all Legacy perks by tree with a 16-point leveling recommendation.
- Settings page (Esc › Options › AddOns › ForeverGuide), minimap button (LibDBIcon, works with EllesmereUI's button menu), German and English.
Known limits: WoW Forever is in beta (level cap 30) – data beyond level 30 is theorycraft, entries marked * come from Classic and are unverified for Forever.
