- Cursed Felblade from Ragefire Chasm no longer receives an incorrect +24 AP score from its debuff proc.
- Added safeguards for English and German target Attack Power reduction wording.
- Actual +Attack Power effects continue to be parsed normally.
- No class-profile or stat-weight changes.
