Forever Companion
Forever Companion adds Vexa, an animated, context-aware in-game companion designed for WoW Forever.
Vexa reacts to what you are actually doing while you play. She comments on quests, combat, leveling, loot, dungeons, travel, farming, deaths, procs, habits, zones, and more. She remembers your characters, keeps conversation varied, offers useful context-aware tips, and can entertain you with jokes, trivia, riddles, facts, vocabulary, and other learning content.

Vexa remembers your characters across sessions.
Character identity is based on normalized realm and character name so leveling the same character does not create duplicate memory profiles.

When you enter a dungeon, Vexa automatically switches behavior.

Custom Vexa voice clips
Optional sound effects
Forever Companion only enables proc entries that the current client can actually detect through available spell, aura, action bar, or proc systems.
Use `/fc proc scan` to see what your character currently exposes.
Custom Vexa Voice Pack
Forever Companion supports custom `.ogg` voice files.
Place them in:
`ForeverCompanion/Media/Voice/Vexa/`

Custom voice clips play through WoW's sound channels and respect in-game sound settings.
When custom voice clips are preferred, missing clips can remain silent instead of falling back to robotic TTS.

Vexa Learning Report
Forever Companion quietly tracks situations that may need future improvement.
The report can flag:
Repeated lines
Poor topic rotation
Late reactions
Expired or stale reactions
Missed interactions
Under-covered gameplay events
The reporting system is hidden inside Settings > Advanced > Vexa Learning Report so it does not clutter the normal Vexa UI.
Generate a report, copy it, and paste it back to the addon developer when reporting behavior that should be improved.

Message Timing and Readability
Forever Companion uses several systems to keep Vexa responsive without becoming unreadable:

Messages will queue instead of immediately replacing a bubble that has not had enough time to be read.

Installation
Download and extract the addon.
Place the `ForeverCompanion` folder inside your WoW AddOns directory.
Make sure there is only one `ForeverCompanion` folder level.
Restart the WoW client after adding or replacing custom audio files.
Enable Forever Companion from the AddOns menu.
