• Calls button: calls for help gather on a minimap horn, not in chat
  A horn on the minimap's rim, dragged round it, up while anyone on your
  side is calling. A badge counts the list's rows. Click it for three
  sections, the three newest of each: calls for help, reinforcements and
  calls to war (the hot fights). A call shows level, name in class colour,
  how long ago, and zone and continent. A row opens the map on its zone;
  "See all" opens the world map. While the horn is on, calls for help stay
  out of chat (/ctw calls chat on brings them back).
  A new message, L1|level|class|realm, follows each call the way P1 does,
  so older clients still take the call and drop only this.
