Forever Simple Settings

Every addon's options in one big, resizable window, opened from a minimap button, a key binding or /fsettings, even in combat.
What's new
- A save that is completely empty (for example a file cut short when the game closed) now loads as a fresh install instead of pausing the addon.
- If another addon with the same name left a save behind, this addon now sets it aside and starts fresh instead of pausing. A popup tells you, and its settings page has Put back and Forget buttons.
