Forever Simple GCD

See what an enemy just did: their casts, new buffs and, in duels, the debuffs they put on you flash by name over their nameplate.
What's new
- The left nameplate icon hangs from the bar's frame, clear of icons other addons draw inside it.
- A save that is completely empty (for example a file cut short when the game closed) now loads as a fresh install instead of pausing the addon.
- If another addon with the same name left a save behind, this addon now sets it aside and starts fresh instead of pausing. A popup tells you, and its settings page has Put back and Forget buttons.
