Forever Screenshots

Automatically screenshots your WoW Forever journey to 60, around 1,000 timed shots plus milestones, ready to turn into a timelapse.

Forever Screenshots

Your journey to 60, one screenshot at a time.

Forever Screenshots quietly captures your leveling in WoW Forever: about 1,000 evenly paced shots from level 1 to 60, plus extra shots at the moments that matter. When you hit 60, your Screenshots folder holds your whole journey, ready to turn into a 5–10 minute timelapse in any video editor.

Just install it and play. No setup needed.

How it works

⏱️ Timed shots that adapt to you

Forever Screenshots takes a screenshot every few minutes of play time, aiming for about 1,000 shots by level 60. It learns your leveling pace as you go, so a speedy leveler and a relaxed one both end up with a video-sized collection, not 300 shots or 3,000.

  • Pauses automatically while you're AFK
  • Stops at level 60
  • Installed partway through? You get a share that matches the journey left (start at 30 and you'll get roughly half)

🏆 Milestone shots

On top of the timed shots, Forever Screenshots captures the big moments:

  • Every level-up, a second after the ding
  • Every new zone you discover
  • Dungeon and raid end bosses, including Forever's new dungeons
  • Your first mount and your first flight path
  • Deaths: your 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th…
  • Your first blue and first epic item
  • Professions reaching 75, 100, 150, 225 and 300
  • Every 100th quest turned in

Good to know

  • Where are my screenshots? In your normal WoW Screenshots folder, named by date and time so they're already in order.
  • Disk space: a full run of about 1,100 shots is around 1 GB at default settings.
  • Better quality: type /console screenshotQuality 10 in-game.
  • Your UI stays on in every shot, so you can see your level, gear and bars change over time.
  • Installed mid-journey? Gear, spells and profession levels you already have are recorded silently, so you won't get a burst of fake "firsts".
  • Combat-safe: built for Forever's modern client, with no errors or slowdown during fights.

Built for WoW Forever. Also runs on Retail and Classic Era.
