ForeverJournal-2.0.0.zip
What's new
ForeverJournal 2.0.0: a whole new look, and a journal that writes itself
New look
- Redesigned from top to bottom in the style of Blizzard's newer windows, with its own hand-drawn cards, rings, paper notes and progress bars
- Two styles, Modern dark and Modern parchment, that share the same look
- Tabs along the bottom of the window
Journey
- Every moment in one place: show it by level, by day or by zone
- Search and filters (growth, gear, deeds, places, notes)
- New moments are written down on their own: spells and ranks, recipes, new professions, skill caps, reputation, mounts, pets and talent re-specs
- Keepsakes for the big moments: a ribbon for your first kill of each boss, a paper tag for epic finds and a wax seal for Honored and up
Quests
- Laid out as a ledger, newest first
- Click a quest for its objective, who gave it, who took it back and how long it took
- Hover for the game's own quest tooltip
- New In progress view with everything in your quest log: when and where you picked it up, how far along you are and how long you have had it
Places
- Each zone shows how many of its corners you have explored, and which are still waiting
- Each dungeon has a page of its own: the bosses you beat there and every run with who came along
- Click a quest on a zone's page to open it in Quests
Fellowship (new tab)
- Everyone you group with, and when, where and at which levels you met
- Your time together, split into dungeons, fighting, travelling and time in town
- The quests and dungeon runs you did together
Journal detail (settings)
- Choose how much the journal shows: Essentials (only the big moments), Storyteller (the whole story) or Chronicler (everything)
- Or make your own mix: spells, recipes, professions, re-specs, bosses, mounts and pets, deaths, new places, goals, each on or off
- Show your finds from uncommon, rare, epic or legendary up, and reputation from every standing or from Honored
- Everything is always written down, so you can change your mind any time
Also
- Kills are counted from the game's own statistics, so they count at the level cap too
- The journal now keeps room for a whole 1 to 60 journey and more, and never drops levels, goals, notes or keepsakes
- Later kills of a boss are counted on the first instead of adding rows
- Settings for folded chapters, quest rewards and when a companion counts as fleeting company
- Search on every page, including the archives
- Groups the journal has no data for (from before this version) are gathered under "Other"
This mod has no additional files
