What's new
2.0.2 - Hunt Plans, notifications, creature previews and improved notes - 10 October 2026
Hunt Plans and Tracking
- Pin up to 10 tracked items together in one movable panel. Use arrows or the mouse wheel to browse additional pins.
- Unpin items individually without losing their targets or progress. Existing single-item pins migrate automatically.
- Added Choose items to hunt, which takes you directly to Items. Select an item and choose Plan hunt to track it and open its plan.
- Added clearer instructions explaining how tracked items appear in Hunt Plans.
- Added confirmed Remove item from Hunt Plans controls to remove tracking, the target, hunt progress and its screen pin. Lifetime creature and loot records remain saved.
- Remove target remains available separately, keeping the item tracked and pinned.
- Completed hunts now display green TARGET REACHED labels and highlighted tracker rows.
- Completion uses combined progress across characters, while character views still show individual contributions.
- Increasing a target preserves progress and updates the completed state.
- Plans remain accessible when the selected character has no progress yet.
Notifications and Sounds
- Hunt-completion banners and their own sound are now enabled by default, including a one-time upgrade for existing journals. Later preferences remain saved.
- Completed hunts have a distinct gold-accented banner and take priority over queued ordinary discoveries.
- Discoveries, tracked loot and hunt completion now have independent design, animation, sound, volume and custom sound-kit settings.
- Added separate preview buttons for all three notification types.
- Hunt banners and hunt sounds can be disabled independently in Features.
- Improved sound fallback handling while respecting the selected volume. Game-wide audio settings remain unchanged.
Creature Models
- Added model previews when hovering over creatures in Places, Items and Hunt Plans. These are enabled by default and can be disabled in Appearance.
- Added a private appearance cache so available creature models can be reused across your characters.
- Improved model fallback and unavailable-model explanations.
- Older entries without a cached appearance may require a fresh encounter. Some native game models may remain unavailable.
- Models inside creature cards remain enabled by default.
Loot Previews and Tooltips
- Added an optional setting to keep the selected creature's loot information visible without hovering.
- In creature tooltip now keeps a native creature tooltip visible. Corner placements use the separate loot card.
- Other creature hover panels stay hidden while the persistent target display is active, reducing clutter.
- Clearing the target restores normal hover information.
- Character, build and NPC visibility settings continue to apply.
Your Notes
- Improved the editor's positioning and input handling for cursor placement, clicking between words and dragging to select text.
- Added clearer selection highlighting, a blinking cursor, focus border and editing hints.
- Added nine preset colours, custom hex colours, six text sizes up to 34px, optional outlines and Reset style.
- Styles preview immediately. Save keeps changes; Cancel or Escape discards drafts.
- Notes on hover start enabled for new journals and only appear when a creature has a saved note. Existing preferences are preserved.
Quality of Life
- Added immediate loot-card, note and discovery previews in Appearance.
- Saved-location waypoints can now be set or removed using the same button. Removing a waypoint preserves sightings.
- Improved Features settings with wrapping descriptions and scrolling.
- Updated in-game help, installation guidance, backup information and the CurseForge description.
