- Guild sync on Forever, where names carry a surname: your own messages coming back from the guild channel were taken for another player's, so you could confirm your own discoveries and greet yourself as a peer, and a guild member's retraction was always refused because their name did not match. Names are now compared the way the game writes them ("First Surname-Realm").
- Settings profiles: a character whose name was not known yet at login was saved as "Unknown", and characters with the same first name could share one profile. Each character now has its own key with its surname; the old key is taken over.
- Chat links (`[FC:...]`) are inserted again: the client no longer has the old chat functions.
- Autobiography: duels you win or lose are counted again (the game names you with your surname), and group members are kept with their surname, so two players with the same first name are not counted as one.
- In some caves (Wailing Caverns) and at a new character's first login the game names the continent as your map: discoveries were filed on the continent and never showed on the zone map, the minimap or in the zone guide. They are filed on the zone map they lie in, and the ones already recorded are moved there once.
- A cave entered from a zone map whose inside belongs to the continent took its entrance from the wrong map.
- Halls, abbeys, towers and other buildings (the Main Hall of Northshire Abbey) are no longer filed as caves.
- A treasure that turns out to be a herb or an ore vein takes its route with it (no more "Route to Unknown container").
- One-time cleanup (database schema 5): buildings filed as caves, caves filed twice and routes left without their discovery are taken back, yours unless you edited, starred, noted or tagged them.
