The addon currently contains multiple routes for 80-90 leveling. One of the routes is for the Midnight 80-90 Campaign, and it's meant to be done on your first character.
In some cases, quests can involve confusing puzzles that aren't easily explained with a description and an arrow direction. For these quests, I've included special solutions, such as the numbered image above, which is embedded in the guide.
Everything in the main window tracker will automatically update as you complete different objectives. In this example, you can see that the "Pick up x quest" steps dynamically shifted to the quest objectives, all within the same display area.
The addon automatically detects which quests you've completed and skips to the next relevant step. The arrow points you in the correct direction, and the main window dynamically displays the current objectives.
Each route is separated into multiple "modules". When you finish a module, such as "Sunwell Intro Scenario", as shown in the image, the guide will display multiple buttons directing you towards follow-up modules.

Hi, I'm Harldan, creator of Follow The Arrow. I've been creating written and video leveling guides for World of Warcraft for about 6 years now, but I wanted to take things one step further with the launch of Midnight. Follow The Arrow is a completely free leveling addon which will eventually support all of my routes in retail WoW. There are no loopholes, no hidden premium versions, no paid DLC. Everything I make for the addon will be completely free to download for all players.
Currently the addon is in its early stages, and the available routes are focused around 80-90 Leveling. There are complete routes for both first character full campaign leveling, and an optimized 80-90 path specifically for alts. I've also begun integrating all of the Sojourner questlines into the addon, but they won't be complete for a little while.
With that being said, the development of FTA is an ongoing process, and all of the guides will receive constant updates over time to account for any changes made in future patches. Once everything related to 80-90 leveling is complete, I'll also be expanding the addon to include guides for Alt 1-80 Leveling, and there will be separate routes for both Alliance and Horde. Notably, this is something I've never had the flexibility to do before when my guides were constrained to a video format.
Since I've gotten some questions about it, I just want to throw in here somewhere that you can type /fta to open and close the addon.
This is the first major WoW addon I've ever created, and the first one I've ever published for other people to use. I'm still learning more about coding lua, and there might be a few unintended bugs early on. Rest assured, I'll keep working on the addon until it's flawless, and I welcome any and all feedback. Please note that just because the addon is free does not mean it is open source. I will not be posting it to Github, and I am not accepting any code contributions. Asking me repeatedly will not magically change my stance on this topic.
