Focal Point

Focal Point is a visual in-game editor for building and customizing unit frames directly in World of Warcraft.

Instead of navigating through endless option trees or adjusting coordinates blindly, you select a frame in the game world, move or resize it directly, and edit its properties in a context-sensitive inspector with immediate visual feedback.

Focal Point combines direct manipulation, structured editing, presets, profiles, demo data, and advanced text tools in one integrated workspace.

Visual editing workflow

Focal Point is built around a simple editing flow:

1. Select a unit from the sidebar or click its frame directly.
2. Move or resize the frame in the game world.
3. Adjust its properties in the inspector.
4. Preview the result immediately.
5. Save the layout as a profile or custom preset.

The editor keeps frame selection, positioning, styling, and preview in one place, reducing the need to switch repeatedly between configuration menus and the game world.

Getting Started

1. Install the addon and enter the game.
2. Type /fp or click on the Minimap button to open Focal Point editor.
3. Click on "Unlock Frames" to unlock Frames.
4. Select a unit from the sidebar or click its frame directly.
5. Move, resize, or customize the frame.
6. Use demo mode to preview different unit states.
7. Apply a built-in preset or save your own layout.
