Bring back a more classical look to the main UI.

The XP bar is back again above the first row of buttons. The bag buttons are back inside the dragons, at the right of the bar. The right action bars are on 2 columns and are bottom aligned again.

I have kept the new 2 rows disposition of the bottom right bar and put the micro buttons to the left to keep all the action buttons grouped in the middle.

This project is discontinued use ClassicUI instead
