Fixes the bug that disables Floating Combat Text, so you’ll never need to manually turn it back on again!

- Automatically saves and loads all preferences related to FCT

Chat commands:
- /fct: Toggles the Floating Combat Text on or off
- /fct enable or /fct e: Enables all Floating Combat Text options
- /fct disable or /fct d: Disables all Floating Combat Text options
