Restyles the default interface in WoW: Forever with thin dark borders and flat bars, and adds an options window, profiles, movers for frames and windows, buff trackers and numbers in front of enemy nameplates.

- Combat text: new Outgoing and Incoming scroll areas, with Where your hits show, Outgoing style, Incoming style, Speed and Partial effects. Kind of hit in parentheses, Smaller glancing hits and words and Movement of your text are gone: Partial effects and Incoming style replace them. Your own text now starts 170 units left of and 30 below the middle of the screen and moves sideways by default (Incoming style Horizontal).
