- Fixed bug where dispels and spellsteals would show the removing spell instead of the spell removed.
- Added ignore flag to SPELL_AURA_BROKEN_SPELL.
- Fixed some potential bugs when comparing events by time.
- Fixed some bugs related to detecting 'fake' deaths like Feign Death and Spirit of Redemption.
- Removed unstable sort of report events to preserve health delta ordering.
- Added some nil checks to various comparisons during report creation.
