Eversong Unit Frames

Fixed the 3D portrait on the player frame coming back blank, or showing the whole character instead of the face, after logging in or entering or leaving an instance, until the UI was reloaded. The portrait is now loaded again whenever the game shows the frames after a loading screen, and a 2D portrait that came up empty is repainted as soon as the game has finished loading its picture.

PvP support is in development too, but takes more time than anticipated.
