EverDo v1.1.3
What's new
1.1.3
Both games
- Major Patch (Beta): a new type for tasks that come back every patch. A checked Major Patch task stays checked until the game's next numbered patch (12.1.5, 12.2 and so on), then comes back unchecked. Hotfixes don't count.
- Next Patch is now One-Off (Next Patch) in the right-click menus, listed after One-Off.
- Addon-wide performance optimizations.
Retail
- Mark Complete: Right click a quest-linked task -> Mark Complete to check it until its next reset, for when its quest was done but the task didn't check. It still comes back next week.
- World Bosses: hover a world boss task to see its zone and coordinates.
1.1.2
Both games
- Auto Tasks picker: turning on Enable Auto Tasks for the first time opens a window listing every kind, so you can pick them all at once. Later changes go in the Auto Tasks menu under the gear.
1.1.1
Both games
- Next Patch is out of beta. Tasks set to Next Patch joined the list on 12.1.5 as expected.
Retail
- Updated for 12.1.5.
- Rotating weeklies: a weekly that's a different quest each week, like Silvermoon's weekly dungeon, can stay one task. Pick Add to Task on the weekly quest pop-up, or Right click the task -> Add Rotating Quest. After that, next week's quest from the same NPC joins the task by itself when you pick it up.
- Hover a linked task to see what's next: Complete "Quest" while it's in your log, or Pick up "Quest" from [NPC] in [Map] (43, 41) while it isn't. The pick-up line appears once you've taken that quest from its NPC with this version.
- Bonus Rolls (Beta): "Get Weekly Bonus Roll" now shows after the weekly reset without opening the currency tab first.
1.1.0
Both games
- Dynamic Tasks are now Auto Tasks. Same tasks, new name.
- Auto Tasks menu: Enable Auto Tasks is now one setting for all your characters, and an Auto Tasks menu under the gear turns each kind on or off. Every kind starts off. Characters that already had them on keep theirs.
- (Beta) per kind: the tag moved off Enable Auto Tasks onto the kinds still being tested.
- Quest links: Right click a task -> Link to Quest and it checks itself off when you turn the quest in.
- Next Patch (Beta): set a task or category to Next Patch and it joins your list, unchecked, the first time you log in on the game's next patch. Until then it waits under Upcoming.
- Show Empty Categories option, off by default. A new category stays in the list until you fill it or log out.
- Favorites get a star instead of a gold bar.
- Right click an auto task to Favorite it, Delete it (/ed restore brings it back), or turn its kind off.
- Right click -> Move ... Tasks puts every auto task of that kind into a category, and new ones land there too.
- Right-click the Upcoming or Completed header to show or hide that section.
- A checked Weekly task in Completed shows how long until it comes back ("Weekly · 2d 20h").
- Tooltips use the font and size you pick under the gear.
Retail
