Everchat

Everchat doesn't replace WoW Forever's chat: it keeps the game's own look, polished, and adds a few things I missed. Your channels, colors, font size and filter addons work as before. Made only for Forever.

Highlights

• Your guild's coat of arms instead of [Guild], and party and raid icons with a crown on the leader.
• Unread dots in the color of the new messages. A message read in one tab is read in all of them.
• Drag tabs to reorder them, and make new ones with the + (guild, group, whispers, trade, loot).
• Tabs can ring for new messages, with a sound for each kind: a bell for the guild, war drums for the raid, a celesta for whispers.
• The same ad from the same person shows at most once every 5 minutes.
• Your chat is still there after a reload or relog.

Good to know

• Options: the gear on the side bar, or /everchat.
• Don't run it with another chat addon (Prat, Chattynator, Glass, ElvUI's chat). Everchat will ask which one to keep.
• In dungeons and raids the game keeps some messages from addons; those show the way the game draws them.
• Saved chat, whispers included, stays on your computer.
• English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian and Russian. MIT license; includes the Roboto Condensed font (SIL Open Font License).
• Please don't use Everchat's code to train AI models or feed it to AI tools.
