• Avatar of Sethraliss: the 32.5s stage timer (next add wave) is now recognized — bar plus "Adds incoming" call before each of the five waves. Verified from combat logs (5 stage changes, matches DBM's stage-one mapping); previously these timeline events were silent. The fixate swarm already alerts the fixated player ("Fixate!" via aura sound).
• DoT severity pass, measured from combat logs: every "on YOU" DoT/bleed was scored by total damage per application in % of max HP. 21 heavy ones (>=50% of your HP over their run, e.g. Synchronized Venom 93%, Incise 30% per tick) now call "Defensive!" instead of "Dot on you"; 14 trivial ones (<25%, e.g. Glaive Toss 6%) drop to the info tone (can be muted via the info-sounds option). The 14 in between keep "Dot on you". Tank hit assignments untouched.

• The curation tool used to REPLACE the hand-label list instead of merging it — about 126 "on YOU" debuff voice assignments from the Aug 21 guide research were silently lost (only the last run survived). All recovered.

Data

• Debuff voice matching completed: of 230 "on YOU" debuff alerts across all eight dungeons, only 22 still play the generic "Attention" tone (down from 149) — everything with a real required action now says the action.
• 21 new assignments derived from Wowhead spell data (pools -> "Off the floor", curse/poison/magic -> "Dispel soon", trapped-until-freed -> "Rescue!", and more), spot-checked against Method/Icy Veins guides.
• Altar of Fangs, Zul'jan: Ritual Venom now says "Soak!" (clear stacks by standing in the Boneslicer frontal / Axegrinder blades), and the Ritual of the Fang timeline call says "Soak the line soon" instead of "A O E incoming". Timings unchanged.
