2.5.9 — Class & Main Spec Management
Player Class & Main Spec
Added synchronized Class and Main Spec metadata to DKP players.
Existing players are automatically assigned a class from the WoW guild roster when possible.
Main Spec is intentionally left Unassigned until manually selected by an officer.
Added the following default Alliance class/spec presets:
- Druid: Restoration, Feral (dps), Feral (tank), Balance
- Mage: Fire, Frost, Arcane
- Paladin: Holy, Retribution, Protection
- Rogue: Swords, Daggers
- Warrior: 2h, Fury, Fury Prot, Prot
- Hunter: Marksman, Survival
- Priest: Holy, Shadow
- Warlock: Destruction
Manage Player
- Added Class dropdown.
- Added Main Spec dropdown.
- Main Spec choices dynamically change based on the selected class.
- Added Save Class/Spec.
- Individual player class/spec assignments are normal officer actions and do not require a second approval.
Players & Raid
- Added Class and Main Spec columns to the Players and Raid tabs.
- Raid rows display the class/spec of the resolved DKP main even when the player is currently raiding on an alt.
- Added Class and Main Spec to column-filter options.
Editable Spec Presets
Added Settings → Spec Presets...
Trusted officers can modify the available comma-separated spec presets for each class.

2.5.10 — Configurable Guild-Rank Access & Class Icons
Configurable DKP Access by Guild Rank
Changed the default DKP write-access policy from guild ranks 0–3 to 0–4.
Removed hardcoded rank assumptions from authorization logic.
Added configurable DKP Access by Guild Rank settings.
Officers can enable or disable individual guild ranks for DKP write eligibility.
Changes to guild-rank access require the existing two-trusted-admin approval workflow.
Added a safety check preventing a rank-policy change that would leave fewer than two currently trusted administrators in write-enabled ranks.
The synchronized rank policy now controls:
- Ledger mutation authorization
- Trusted-admin eligibility
- Sync sender validation
- Bootstrap donor validation
- Rules-page access descriptions
Guild-rank access policy is included in:
- Full synchronization
/dkp sync/dkp join- Reset handling
- Snapshots
- Restores
Bootstrap Improvements
- Fresh clients no longer assume the local default write ranks before receiving the established guild configuration.
/dkp joincan bootstrap from a selected guild-member donor first, then validate that donor against the received synchronized rank policy and trusted-admin list.- This allows future guild-rank changes such as enabling rank 5 without breaking new-client bootstrap.
Class Icons
- Added a small Blizzard class icon beside the Class value on Players and Raid rows.
- Unassigned characters display no class icon until their class is known.
Class Filtering
Selecting Filter By → Class now provides a class dropdown instead of a free-text field.
Available options include:
- All Classes
- Unassigned
- Druid
- Hunter
- Mage
- Paladin
- Priest
- Rogue
- Warlock
- Warrior

2.5.11 — Manage Player Layout Fix
Class / Spec Layout
- Fixed overlap between the Class and Main Spec dropdowns in Manage Player.
- Class and Main Spec are now placed on separate rows.
- Increased dropdown width to better support longer labels such as
Feral (tank). - Shifted the remaining Manage Player controls downward.
- Slightly increased the Manage Player window height.
This release contains no synchronization or data-model changes.

2.5.12 — Players Header Readability
Players Table
Adjusted the Available and Raid Spend column headers to prevent:
- Ellipsis truncation
- Header text wrapping
- Text bleeding into adjacent columns
Initially applied a smaller single-line font specifically to those two headers.
This release contains no synchronization or data-model changes.

2.5.13 — Player Alts Sidecar & Escape Window Handling
Players Table Cleanup
- Removed the visible Alts column from the Players table.
- Redistributed the reclaimed width across the remaining columns.
- Restored Available and Raid Spend to the same normal header style used by the other table columns.
- Available and Raid Spend now fit without truncation or special font sizing.
- Alts remains available as a searchable/filterable Players field even though it is no longer a visible table column.
Player Alts Sidecar
Clicking a player in the Players tab now opens an attached Player Alts sidecar window.
The sidecar displays:
- Selected player
- Class
- Main Spec
- Mapped alts
Clicking a different player immediately updates the sidecar to that character.
The sidecar stays attached to and follows the main EOA Quartermaster window when it is moved or resized.
Opening any other main addon tab automatically closes the sidecar and clears the selected sidecar state.
Escape Key Window Handling
- Pressing Escape now closes the topmost active EOA Quartermaster window.
- Escape works through addon utility windows and dialogs before eventually closing the main window.
- WoW confirmation popups retain priority, allowing Escape to dismiss native confirmation dialogs normally before closing an addon window.
This release contains no synchronization or data-model changes.
