EOA Quartermaster

DKP, loot, attendance, and raid administration for Elusive Ops of Azeroth

EOA Quartermaster

EOA Quartermaster is the raid administration and DKP management addon built specifically for Elusive Ops of Azeroth.

It handles the day-to-day work around raid attendance, DKP, loot charges, player administration, Head & Heart tracking, historical auditing, and officer synchronization without requiring an external website or database.

The addon is intentionally designed around two goals:

  • Keep normal raid operations fast.
  • Keep sensitive administrative changes controlled and auditable.

Features

DKP Ledger

EOA Quartermaster uses a transaction ledger instead of directly storing editable balances.

Transactions include:

  • Raid attendance awards
  • Loot purchases
  • Manual adjustments
  • Transaction reversals
  • Migration balances
  • Administrative actions
  • Restore/reset audit records

Balances are calculated from the ledger so historical changes remain traceable.

Raid Attendance

EOA Quartermaster can track attendance throughout a raid night.

Features include:

  • Start and stop raid tracking
  • Configurable intended raid start time
  • Configurable raid end time
  • Automatic scheduled finalization
  • Server-time lateness calculation
  • Pending DKP
  • Pending DKP unlock on the next raid
  • Manual attendance overrides
  • Main/alt attendance reconciliation
  • Historical raid browsing

Default lateness rules can be configured by trusted administrators.

Example:

  • Less than 60 minutes late: full award
  • 60–119 minutes late: reduced award
  • 120+ minutes late: no award

Raid sessions are created manually and do not depend on calendar dates.

Loot Mode

Compact Loot Mode is designed for quick use during raid.

Features include:

  • Searchable player selector
  • Available DKP display
  • DKP charge field
  • Native WoW item hyperlinks
  • Shift+Click item capture
  • Automatic capture of items you link in Raid, Raid Warning, or Party chat
  • Use Last Link
  • Item icon and tooltip
  • Immediate loot transaction creation

Routine loot charges do not require two-admin approval.

Players

The Players tab combines roster viewing and player administration.

Administrators can view:

  • Active players
  • Legacy players
  • Deleted players
  • Current raid participants

Management options include:

  • Set Active
  • Set Legacy
  • Add Alt
  • Remove Alt
  • Promote Alt to Main
  • Change Realm
  • Delete Player
  • Restore Player
  • View Player History

DKP belongs to the configured main account so mapped alts share the same balance.

Active, Legacy, and Deleted Players

Active

Active players make up the current raiding roster and appear throughout normal addon views.

Legacy

Legacy players remain in the database for historical or administrative purposes but are hidden from normal raid-facing views.

During synchronization, only guild members who are:

  • Online
  • Level 58 or higher

are eligible for automatic discovery.

Automatically discovered characters default to Legacy.

Deleted

Deleted players are placed on a persistent deny-list.

Deleted players will not be automatically re-added by:

  • Guild synchronization
  • Raid scanning
  • Automatic member discovery
  • Main/alt discovery

Deleting a player requires a reason.

Restoring a deleted player must be done explicitly by an administrator.

Read-Only Access

Guild permissions are fixed by guild rank index:

  • Rank indexes 0–3 may be eligible for administration
  • Rank indexes 4+ are read-only

Read-only users can see:

  • Active players
  • Active-player DKP
  • Raid information
  • DKP rules
  • Normal history relevant to active players

Read-only users cannot see:

  • Legacy players
  • Deleted players
  • Administrative settings
  • Sensitive management controls

Trusted DKP Administrators

EOA Quartermaster maintains an explicit synchronized Trusted DKP Administrator list.

Guild rank alone does not automatically grant sensitive administrative authority once trusted administrators are established.

Sensitive operations require approval from two different trusted administrators in production mode.

Protected actions include:

  • Manual DKP adjustments
  • Transaction reversals
  • Player deletion
  • Player restoration
  • Backup restoration
  • Database reset
  • DKP rule changes
  • Trusted administrator changes
  • Player/DKP migration imports

Routine attendance and loot charges remain immediate.

Two-Admin Approval

Sensitive operations use synchronized proposal and approval records.

Production clients independently verify:

  • The proposer is trusted
  • The approver is trusted
  • The proposer and approver are different players
  • Both approved the same action
  • The approval message was received from the expected officer

This prevents a single modified client from silently bypassing the approval workflow.

Guild-Bound Synchronization

EOA Quartermaster synchronizes through Blizzard addon messaging.

Synchronized data includes:

  • Players
  • Main/alt mappings
  • DKP transactions
  • Raid history
  • Attendance
  • Head & Heart records
  • DKP rules
  • Trusted administrators
  • Approval records
  • Deleted-player state

The database is bound to the guild identity where available.

Reset generations prevent stale pre-reset data from being reintroduced.

Head & Heart

The Head & Heart tab tracks guild raid-buff quest items such as:

  • Heart of Hakkar
  • Head of Nefarian
  • Head of Onyxia

Records track:

  • Character
  • Main
  • Item
  • Received date
  • Held/Dropped status
  • Dropped date
  • Dropped by
  • Entered by

Received dates can be edited after creation, which makes historical backfilling practical.

Database Reset

Trusted administrators can perform a synchronized database reset.

Reset always clears:

  • Saved player roster
  • Main/alt mappings
  • Current DKP
  • Pending DKP
  • Head & Heart records
  • Administrative snapshots
  • Current raid state
  • Synchronized DKP rules

Trusted administrator configuration is preserved.

An optional:

Also clear ledger history

setting controls what happens to historical transactions.

Preserve History

Old history remains visible but is marked Archived.

Archived transactions:

  • Contribute 0 DKP
  • Cannot be reversed
  • Do not affect Raid Spend
  • Do not affect pending DKP

Clear History

Previous transaction and raid history is removed and a new ledger begins with the RESET audit record.

Database reset requires two trusted administrators in production mode.

Backups

EOA Quartermaster maintains local administrative snapshots.

Snapshots can be created manually or automatically before important administrative actions.

The addon retains up to five normal snapshots.

Schema upgrades also create separate pre-upgrade recovery snapshots containing core database state, transactions, and raids.

Migration Importer

EOA Quartermaster includes a paste-based migration tool for moving historical data into the addon.

Open:

Settings -> Migration

or use:

/dkp import

The importer accepts CSV or tab-delimited data.

Player / DKP Import

Example:

Player,DKP,Status,Note
PlayerOne-Realm,18,Active,Imported starting balance
PlayerTwo-Realm,12,Active,Imported starting balance
OldRaider-Realm,0,Legacy,

Imported DKP is stored as normal MIGRATION ledger transactions.

A successful preview is required before import can be applied.

Head & Heart Import

Example:

Character,Item,ReceivedDate,DroppedDate,DroppedBy
PlayerOne-Realm,Heart of Hakkar,7/15/2026,,
PlayerTwo-Realm,Head of Nefarian,2026-07-20,8/2/2026,PlayerTwo-Realm

Supported date formats:

  • M/D/YYYY
  • YYYY-MM-DD

History

The History tab provides a searchable audit trail.

Filters are available for:

  • Date
  • Player
  • DKP Change
  • Transaction Type
  • Item / Note

Rows remain single-line so long administrative notes do not overlap adjacent entries.

Clicking a record opens a History Details side panel with:

  • Complete note
  • Timestamp
  • Player
  • DKP change
  • Type
  • Raid
  • Item
  • Officer
  • Transaction/reference IDs
  • Archive state
  • Approval information

The panel closes automatically when leaving the History tab.

Search and Filtering

Major tables support searchable column filters.

Supported areas include:

  • Players
  • Raid
  • History
  • Head & Heart

Character selectors include searchable and scrollable autocomplete designed for large guild rosters.

Interface

EOA Quartermaster includes:

  • Resizable windows
  • Remembered local window sizes
  • Smart column resizing
  • Minimap launcher
  • Compact raid layouts
  • Guild-themed interface
  • Classic Gold theme
  • Custom color themes
  • DKP Rules page
  • History Details panel
  • Diagnostics window

UI preferences are local and are not synchronized.

Diagnostics

Administrators can open:

Settings -> Diagnostics

or use:

/dkp diagnostics

Diagnostics include:

  • Addon version
  • Protocol version
  • Database schema
  • Production/Test mode
  • Guild binding
  • Last synchronization
  • Trusted administrator count
  • Active/Legacy/Deleted counts
  • Transaction counts
  • Archived transaction counts
  • Raid counts
  • Head & Heart counts
  • Pending approvals
  • Current raid
  • Snapshot information
  • Reset generation

Exports include:

  • Players
  • Main/alt mappings
  • Identity redirects
  • Transactions
  • Raids
  • Head & Heart records

Data Storage

EOA Quartermaster stores its database in WoW SavedVariables.

Officers should periodically back up the addon SavedVariables file from:

WTF/Account/<ACCOUNT>/SavedVariables/

Built for Elusive Ops of Azeroth

EOA Quartermaster is specifically designed around the raid administration and DKP rules used by Elusive Ops of Azeroth.

It is not intended to be a universal DKP framework.

The goal is to provide the guild with a practical, synchronized, auditable raid-management tool that keeps normal raid operations fast while protecting sensitive administrative actions.
