new:

- Added size 0.5 for those who want smaller icons. "/ecdc size 0.5".
- Made the icons look a bit more crisp by removing ugly blizz borders.
- The addon now works on russian, korean and (simplified) chinese clients, however commads and such still needs to be translated. Shoutout to 좌상탄, ming1455 and Мрмоу for the translation so far!
