Bug fixes:
Fixed a bug where some delayed cooldowns (e.g. Inner Focus, Shadowmeld, PoM) was not being tracked proprely.

Fixed an issue where sometimes the same cooldown would show up multiple times when in group with other users of the addon.
Fixed an issue where users with custom fonts would have dots shown for long duration cooldowns.

Fixed a typo that caused Multi-Shot CD to not be reset after a hunter used their ZG trinket.


New:

CD icons are now click-through/non-interactive while in combat (unless "Shift" key is down).
Users can now Shift+Right click on the CD icons to remove them.
Added a size "4" and "5".
Users can now type "/ecdc row 2" to have the cooldowns displayed in two rows instead of one.

Added tracking for some commonly used consumables such as Free Action Potion and Thistle Tea.

Users no longer get information from other users about cooldowns that are 10 seconds or less.

Updated .toc to match patch 1.13.5
