Behavior fix for window visibility toggles.

Fixed

  • Closing the main tracking window now turns off the Show tracking window option.
  • Closing the standalone Session window now turns off the Show session window option.
  • Re-enabling either checkbox in EmberLedger Settings now shows that window again.
  • Settings checkboxes now refresh immediately when either window is closed.
