  * Implemented horizontal logic that detects when the Utility bar is wider than the Essential bar.
  * The system now automatically slides unit frames outward to clear extra width while preserving manual offsets.
  * Updates occur instantly when icons are added/removed to maintain the gap.

- Performance & Memory Optimization
  * Reduced memory usage from ~3MB to ~30kb by localizing static tables and global functions.
  * Added dimension-change throttling; code only runs if bar widths actually change.
  * Eliminated memory leaks in the update loop to remove CPU spikes.
