- Fixed an issue that bugged the borders when changing item positions, thanks @Meivyn for fixing it!

- Optimized the core ElvUI skin code, now the skin dosen't rely on AddOnSkins to be enabled, thanks @Meivyn for this aswell!

- Made some bug report strings to help people bug reporting the correct places (need to improve the visual at some point)
