    PvP loading. element layout loading, icon/bar fit to frame and rename bugfix

    Features:
    - Can now load layouts based on whether player is in arena/BGs
    - Elements can now be loaded on specific layouts only
    - Bars and icon height/width can be fit to the frame's

    Bugfixes:
    - Fixed a bug where old element names would remain in the element list UI after a rename until the page was refreshed
