EDIT: Blizzard changed how moving frames work in the latest build and the coordinates cannot be changed manually. Drag and drop and keyboard arrow keys still work so this addon now displays coordinates only.

I will keep trying to make it work as it was before but for now at least you can have a visual guide to center everything properly.
