• Two-panel UI redesign: New left sidebar with wishlist selector and dungeon import list; main panel widened to 730px
• Named wishlists: Replace spec-based organization with user-named wishlists; create, switch, and delete wishlists from the sidebar
• Dungeon import sidebar: Each import is tracked per-dungeon with name and timestamp displayed in the sidebar
• Dungeon filter: Click a dungeon row in the sidebar to filter the item list to that source only; click again or use "All Sources" to clear
• Scrollable dungeon list: Sidebar dungeon rows scroll with mouse-wheel support for any number of sources
• Pinned "All Sources" row: Always visible above the dungeon list; highlights gold when no filter is active and shows total item count

• Confirmation dialog for dungeon delete: Trash icon in sidebar now prompts "Remove all [name] items from this wishlist?" before removing

Fixed

• Backfill dungeonImports for reports already migrated before dungeon tracking was introduced; sidebar now populates correctly for existing data
• Deduplicate by itemID during source-replacement to prevent duplicates when mixing old and new import formats

Internal

• Migrate existing bySpec saved data to byWishlist format automatically on load (v3 → v4 migration)
