Easy Frames

Added

• Focus frame: the option "Show Blizzard's focus cast bar", like the one of the target frame. It is on by default.
• The Custom text format of the health, mana and alternate power bars is back, on every frame. You write the text with the words %CURRENT%, %MAX%, %PERCENT% and %PERCENT_DECIMAL%, for example %CURRENT% / %MAX% (%PERCENT%%). The numbers are shortened the way the game does it in the language of your client, or by your own thresholds (a suffix and the decimal places for each one), or shown in full. It works in combat with the current client.
• The custom format saved by an older version is converted: the text and your formulas of the thresholds (such as %.1fM) are kept. The "Use Chinese numerals format" option is gone: the Chinese and Korean clients shorten the numbers by 万/亿 and 만/억 by themselves.

• Party frames: changing an option of the custom text format caused an error.
