Filters the Dungeonbrowser from Ads using 4 things that every Ad has that i inspected:
Has a voice chat
Group is younger than 300 seconds
Group leader has a M+ score under 1
Group size is under 2 players
Only when all 4 are true the listed group is hidden by default. You can change which filters are active and the numbers in the options by typing /daf show in the chat.
Filtering by words is not doable cause of Blizzards restrictions so i used this workaround.
It works in the raid finder, delves and custom groups as well.
The option window is movable, if you need to reset the position you can do it by /daf reset
