Dungeon Locations (discontinued)

This beta-release adds continent map icons with information about what dungeons and raids can be found in an area.

A list with name, type (Raid, Dungeon) and level is shown in the tooltip. These are also shown on Legion and Argus continent maps.

I also added Legion dungen locations to this. 

Known issues:

1. The Default Blizzard Legion dungon icons are above the icons of this addon. So the tooltip is not shown. I also did not find a way to check whether the dungeon is already discovered or not. So the addon alwasy draws the icon. I tried to place them perfectly good so they cannot be seen. Only when zooming there is a glitch because both icons are of different size.
   I plan to add options to turn Legion icons off.
2. Clicking the new continent icons does not perform any action. Especially you cannot open the detailed region map when clicking the icon. That is a problem in very small areas (such as Deadwind Pass or The Veiled- Stair) since you need to click next to the dungeon icon to open the region map.

I decided to release this version as beta since there are so many changes and I need some feedback on the issues described before.
