Implements local playback of existing dracthyr dragon form voice emotes for UI error events.
What's new
Added global region localization support. The add-on will detect the region of your game client and play the sound effects in the appropriate language.
Next version 1.2 will have a small UI and a language override.
If you are playing in a region that is not enUS and you encounter an incorrect sound file, please let me know so that we can look into correcting it, if possible.
v1.1b fixes a packaging issue witch would cause installs to fail. As a result of this issue, you may have loose lua files, a sound and localization folder in your root add-ons directory. Sorry about that!
