Dracthyr Voice Fix - UIErrors

Do you play a dracthyr character that isn't an evoker? Do you miss having voice emotes and error speech? This add-on is for you, at least until Blizzard fixes the issue themselves.

Many common ui errors, such as "Target too far away", "Inventory full", or "Out of Mana/Rage/Energy" have voice lines recorded, yet they are not played if you are in dracthyr form.

There are several more ui errors that we have not been able to trigger in live retail. If the day comes that we discover what those events are and where they can be triggered, they will be supported by this add-on.
