### New: pandemic icons
- Icons for **Agony** and **Corruption / Wither** show the remaining time of your DoTs.
- An icon lights up when a refresh loses nothing (pandemic window, last 30 % of the duration).
- Unstable Affliction has no icon: every cast adds a new instance, there is nothing to refresh.
- Toggle with `/dv pandemic` or in the settings.

### New: place the icons anywhere
- Unlock the icons (`/dv lock` or the settings) and drag them anywhere on the screen. The position is saved.
- Icon size from 50 % to 200 % (`/dv iconsize <50-200>` or the slider in the settings).
- Reset to the default position below the target frame with `/dv resetpos` or the button in the settings.
- Locked icons ignore the mouse, so you can still click through them.

### Improved
- Settings panel split into sections and scrollable. Long texts wrap at the panel edge instead of running past it.
- German color names for orange and pink. Color names work with or without umlauts (`grün` / `gruen`).
- Damaged saved settings are replaced by defaults instead of causing errors.

### Internal
- Code restructured into smaller modules, duplicated code removed, automated tests added.
