New: inspect window

• Inspecting another player now overlays their gear like your own: item level (top-left), enchant state (bottom-left, green when enchanted / red when an enchantable slot is empty) and gem icons (bottom-right).
• A compact panel beside the inspect window shows the slot, item level and the four-column secondary stat grid, one row per slot.
• Both have their own toggle in the options panel.

Fixes

• Fixed a Lua error when targeting enemy players in battlegrounds on patch 12.0 -- the PvP scoreboard's player data became protected ("secret") values and the target info line now handles them safely. Enemy battleground targets still show race and class.

Tweaks

• The bag type tag (junk / quest / consumables) moved to the top-right corner; non-Chinese tags render a couple of points smaller so they fit.
• The character gear panel columns are a little tighter.
• The options panel now shows the addon version at the top.
