Docker 1.1.0a - Multi-Client Support
What's new
# Docker 1.1.0a
Docker 1.1.0a expands Docker from a TBC Anniversary-only addon into one shared build for the current World of Warcraft client families.
## New in 1.1
- Added multi-client support in one shared Docker package.
- Added a dedicated compatibility layer for API differences between Retail and Classic clients.
- Added support for Retail, WoW Forever, Mists of Pandaria Classic, Titan Reforged, Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary, and Classic Era.
- Uses modern addon-loading APIs when available with legacy fallbacks where required.
- Updated the frame inspector for both modern `GetMouseFoci` and older `GetMouseFocus` clients.
- Supports both modern Blizzard Settings registration and legacy Interface Options registration.
- Makes optional event registration tolerant of events that are unavailable on a specific client.
- Improved Battlefield Map and Combat Log companion-frame handling across client UI variants.
- Added `/docker version` to show Docker's version and detected client/interface.
- Docker's options-panel version now reads directly from the TOC metadata, making the TOC the single source of truth for future releases.
## Upgrade Notes
- Existing `DockerDB` profiles and layouts from Docker 1.0.0 are retained automatically.
- No profile or SavedVariables migration is required.
- Protected/secure frames are still skipped rather than modified unsafely.
- Client-specific Blizzard or third-party frame layouts can differ, so custom frame names remain available when a built-in preset is not suitable.
